1. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings with Little Luxe Play. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, as specified by Little Luxe Play at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits paid to Little Luxe Play are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made. In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, Little Luxe Play may offer rescheduling at its discretion.
3. Delivery, Setup & Pack Down
Little Luxe Play will deliver, set up, and pack down all equipment at agreed times. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, safe access, and a clean, suitable area for setup. Delays due to restricted access or unsuitable conditions may incur additional fees payable to Little Luxe Play.
4. Use of Equipment
All equipment supplied by Little Luxe Play remains its property at all times and must be used appropriately and for its intended purpose. Food, drinks, face paint, paint, slime, sharp objects, and similar items are strictly prohibited on or near the equipment.
5. Supervision & Responsibility
Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment provided by Little Luxe Play is in use. The client accepts full responsibility for the supervision and safety of all children and guests during the hire period.
6. Damage, Loss & Cleaning
The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of Little Luxe Play equipment during the hire period. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, including stains or misuse.
7. Weather Policy (Outdoor Bookings)
Outdoor setups provided by Little Luxe Play are subject to suitable weather conditions. Little Luxe Play reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions, including rain, strong winds, or extreme heat. In such cases, Little Luxe Play will work with the client to reschedule where possible.
8. Safety
Shoes, food, and drinks must not be used on equipment supplied by Little Luxe Play. Children who are unwell should not participate. Little Luxe Play reserves the right to remove equipment or cease hire if safety guidelines are not followed.
9. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure the safety and cleanliness of our equipment, use of all items is at the client’s own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the hire period.
10. Photography & Marketing
Little Luxe Play may take photographs of setups for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for photographs or videos to be taken or used, you must notify Little Luxe Play prior to the event via the enquiry form.
